I had a lovely stay at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, which boasted amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. The location on the Lapad peninsula was perfect for a peaceful retreat, away from the hustle of the city, though the food was a bit underwhelming at times. The pool area was stunning, with plenty of sun loungers and direct sea access, enhancing my relaxation experience.

Rooms
8.0
My room was comfortable, featuring a spacious balcony with a stunning view over the sea. The decor was modern, but I found the room size somewhat small for a luxury hotel.
Service
8.0
The staff were friendly and efficient, with room service being particularly impressive. However, I experienced some inconsistency in housekeeping. For example, one night I didn’t receive turndown service and some used towels were not replaced.
Location
9.0
I loved the hotel's location. it was a short bus ride from the city, making it easy to explore Dubrovnik. The convenience of the bus stop right outside the hotel added to the appeal.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast buffet had a good variety, but I found some items a bit repetitive and not very tasty. Dinner options were rather pricey and only average, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel facilities were well-kept, with an expansive pool area that had amazing views. The cleanliness of the common areas made for a pleasant atmosphere overall.

6.8/10

During my stay at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, I enjoyed the stunning panoramic views and the well-kept pool area, which were highlights for me. However, I did find the dining options to be quite overpriced and lacking in quality. While the staff were very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere felt a bit cold and uninviting. Overall, it had its moments, but I expected more from a five-star hotel.

Rooms
7.0
My room had a magnificent view from the balcony, and while it was comfy, it felt smaller than expected for an executive room. The shower was impressive, but a few details like the quilt not fitting properly were off-putting.
Service
8.0
The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, catering to my needs and responding quickly to my queries. Their effort to provide good service was appreciated.
Location
7.0
I found the hotel's location convenient for taking the bus into Dubrovnik, which made exploring easy. It was a bit far from the main attractions but still allowed for some peace and quiet.
Dining
6.0
While breakfast had a decent variety, I was disappointed with the quality of food overall. Dinner options were overpriced and not up to standard for a five-star hotel, leading me to venture out for meals.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were well-maintained and clean, including a lovely pool area with stunning views. However, I felt more dining variety would enhance the experience.

During my stay at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, I was captivated by the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea and Elaphite Islands from my balcony, which truly made the experience nice. The hotel's cleanliness and the warm, friendly service from the staff were noteworthy. However, I found that some aspects of the dining experience, particularly room service, could be improved in terms of quality. Overall, it was a lovely place that I would return to without hesitation! 🌅😊

My stay at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace was good. The stunning views of the Adriatic from my room were amazing, truly a highlight of my experience. I did, however, find the dining options to be a bit pricey, making me venture out for lunch on a couple of occasions. Additionally, the room temperature control was not as user-friendly as I'd hoped, but those minor inconveniences didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment of my trip.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were clean and functional, with comfortable beds and a spacious design. I loved the large windows and private balcony that offered amazing views. However, I wished I could control the room temperature better.
Service
8.0
The service throughout the hotel was generally friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated the efficient room service. However, I found the reception staff to be slightly cold, lacking the warmth I expected.
Location
10.0
The location is excellent as the bus stop is right outside, making it easy to get to the old city in just about ten minutes. The hotel's position out on the coast provides a tranquil atmosphere.
Dining
8.0
I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options, especially the local meats and high-quality dairy. Dining in the hotel was good, albeit a bit pricey for some meals. I often chose to explore local restaurants instead.
Facilities
9.0
The hotel facilities were well-kept and featured a gorgeous pool area that provided stunning views. I loved the direct access to the sea, but I did notice that some gym equipment needed updates.

I had a great stay overall at Hotel Dubrovnik Palace. The views were simply very nice, especially the stunning sunsets I could catch from my room. However, the hotel was a bit far from the Old Town, which meant I had to rely on buses to get around. While the breakfast buffet was impressive, the quality of the evening meals left something to be desired, which was disappointing for a 5-star hotel.

Rooms
9.0
My room was spacious and comfortable, with amazing sea views from the balcony. I was impressed with the modern amenities, and the shower was particularly lovely.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, although I did have some issues with housekeeping that required communication. It was nice they took my complaints seriously and worked to resolve them quickly.
Location
7.0
While the hotel is a bit over 4km from the Old Town, which isn't ideal, I appreciated the serene atmosphere away from tourist crowds and the beautiful views of the Adriatic. Plus, the frequent bus service made it easier to get into town.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast every morning was fantastic with a huge variety to choose from, but I was let down by the quality of the evening meals. Some dishes felt overcooked and underwhelming for a hotel of this caliber.
Facilities
9.0
The facilities were great, with an impressive spa and scenic pool area that really enhanced my stay. I also loved the direct sea access for swimming and relaxing by the water.
